Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the fuel tank vent hose located at the top of the fuel tank could be subject to wear from the fiberglass body underside. Should the vent hose wear through, a fuel vapor leak could occur which could lead to a fire or explosion. Correction: A spacer shim will be installed to provide the necessary clearance for the vent hose from the vehicle underside.
