Certain motor homes. The steering gear box is mounted on a support located under the driver's seat floor. On motor home models, this support varies in height with the optional interior height. With 83 and 86-inch height options, the support may be overloaded in certain operation conditions. A continuously fully loaded vehicle that has to maneuver in tight space frequently can develop stress cracks at the steering gear box support. A loss of control could occur, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: dealers will add reinforcement to the steering support.
