Hazard description
Certain heavy duty trucks. The driveline u-joint fasteners at the output yoke of the transmission were improperly tightened. Under-tightened fasteners can lead to the driveline becoming detached from the vehicle resulting in property damage or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will tighten the driveline fasteners to the proper specification.
