Hazard description
On certain Buses the fitting that connects the double check valve to the rear axle air brake relay valve may break. If the fitting breaks the rear service brakes will cease to operate, resulting in an extended stopping distance, possibly resulting in a collision. Correction: Dealers will install a kit to correct the problem.
