Certain towing adaptors, part number 212791, may be the subject of a defective weld. Failure of the tow adaptor may result in the loss of contact between the towing vehicle and the towed vehicle. Correction: Owners are to return the tow adapter to New Flyer for evaluation and replacement, if deemed necessary.
