Hazard description

On certain Cosco child seats, a piece of energy absorbing foam in the head contactable area was omitted during production contrary to the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Restraint and Booster Cushions Safety Regulations Schedule III, Subsecion 6, CMVSS 213. Correction: A piece of foam is available from the manufacturer free of charge for the current owners.
