Hazard description
On certain truck-tractor models equipped with ConMet Simplex stationary or sliding fifthwheels, the clinch pins that retain the fifthwheel pivot pins may not be fully installed. Correction: The fifthwheel will be inspected, and missing pins will be replaced.
