2000–2003 Kawasaki Zx1200 Recall

On certain motorcycles, engine oil can wick up the alternator lead wires and leak from the connector between the alternator and the regulator/rectifier located under the seat. Engine oil leaking from the connector can be deposited onto the rear tire creating the potential for a loss of traction and an accident resulting in injury or death. Correction: Dealer will clean and seal the connector.
