Hazard description
Certain Snugride infant rear facing car seats may have missing components (metal hooks) on the base. If these hooks are missing, the carrier may not be securely attached to the base and could result in injury or death in a sudden stop or collision. Correction: Graco will send instructions on how to check the product and will replace affected car seat bases.
