Hazard description
On certain child seat, the washer in the tether anchorage kit does not comply with the required salt spray tests specified in CMVSS 213.5. The washer could potentially rust and weaken the part resulting in a failure during a collision. Correction: SOS Rehabilitation Products Inc will send a repair kit to all registered owners.
