2000–2003 Volvo Vhd Recall

On certain vehicles equipped with an optional two man passenger bench seat. The weld on the D-ring mounting bracket for the seat belt at the bench seat inboard (center) position may not be sufficient to meet the requirements of CMVSS 210. Correction: Dealer will replace the non-complying seat belt D-ring mounting bracket.
