2003 New Flyer C40lf Recall

On certain vehicles, the Electronic Control Module may not correctly detect a Throttle Plate Actuator failure that could result in an uncommanded open throttle condition without warning. If this event occurs, the vehicle operator will not have control of engine speed. Correction: Cummins will contact owners and make arrangements to update the Electronic Control Module calibration software.
