2002 Polaris Pure Electric Scooter Recall

Certain Scooters do not comply with all regulations applying to "restricted use motorcycles." Specifically, these scooters lack: (1) Warning labels meeting the requirements of Section 2; (2) Compliance labels meeting the requirements of Section 6-7; (3) Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) meeting the requirements of CMVSS 115; and (4) Reflectors meeting the requirements of CMVSS 108. Correction: Dealer will perform modifications to bring these vehicles into compliance.
