Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the handbrake ratchet mechanism did not receive proper hardness treatment which may cause the ratchet teeth to become damaged. If this happens, the handbrake may fail to operate as expected. Correction: Dealer will replace the handbrake ratchet mechanism.
