2003–2004 Kawasaki Zx636-B1 Recall

On certain motorcycles, welds that secure the muffler body to the bracket can crack allowing the muffler to become loose in the bracket. After continued use, the muffler could separate from the main exhaust pipe creating the potential for an accident resulting in injury or death. Correction: Dealer will install a rubber damper between the muffler bracket and muffler body for units that are not cracked, and replace the muffler on units that are cracked.
