Hazard description
Certain 1/2 inch greasable clevis pins used on semi-trailer brake chambers were improperly heat treated and could break. If this were to happen, the trailer would experience a loss of brakes on the wheel where the brake chamber clevis pin has failed. Correction: Clevis pins will be replaced.
