2003–2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Classic Recall

On certain motorcycles, the muffler bracket can crack allowing the muffler to become loose in the bracket. After continued use, the muffler could separate, creating the potential for an accident resulting in injury or death. Correction: Dealer will either install a muffler bracket reinforcement kit or a new muffler if cracking at the muffler brackets is found.
