2003 Mack Ch Recall

On certain vehicles, the steering arm could have a longitudinal crack. The crack may intersect the tapered mounting hole where the steering arm ball socket is mounted. If the crack should propagate, the ball stud could become loose causing a loss of steering control, which could result in a crash. Correction: Dealer will inspect the integral knuckle and steer arm and replace if necessary.
