1998–2002 International 9900 6x4 Recall

On certain vehicles, a defect in the front wheel hub bearings will result in premature spalling which will lead to eventual breakdown of the bearing. An early breakdown of the wheel hub bearing system, when undetected, can possibly cause a wheel fire, wheel separation, loss of vehicle control, or vehicle fire. Correction: Dealer will inspect the front axle hubs, and replace if necessary. This is an expansion of Recall 03-134.
