2003–2004 Freightliner Business Class M2 Recall

Certain vehicles equipped with an Air Management Unit (AMU) in the control systems for the suspension dump valves, drive axle differential lock, fifth wheel slide locks and engine brakes. An incorrect spring in the AMU solenoid double check valve may not allow the valve to release under certain conditions which could affect vehicle control and handling characteristics. Correction: Dealers will replace the solenoid valve in the AMU assembly.
