Hazard description
On certain trailer mounted, articulating boom supported, aerial work platforms, composite bearings could fail, leading to damage and eventual failure of the jib structure. If the jib fails, the personnel platform could drop when elevated, causing the platform occupant to be injured. Correction: Genie will provide a jib assembly kit and installation instructions to owners of affected machines.
