Hazard description

Certain tires manufactured between April 12 and August 31, 2004 will manifest a lack of adhesion between the steel belt cords and the surrounding rubber matrix, which could lead to a tread/belt detachment. Premature tire failure could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash. Correction: Michelin will notify its customers and replace affected tires.
