Certain Evenflo Sightseer Booster seats model 2691299 imported by London Drugs Limited were manufactured for the U.S. market and do not fully comply with all applicable standards and regulations under the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act. The labelling on the booster seats incorrectly states the minimum weight for use is 30 pounds. CMVSS 213.2 states that the minimum weight for use must be 40 pounds. Should an underweight child be placed in the booster seat and the vehicle is involved in a collision, specifically a roll-over event, the child could be seriously injured due to ejection or partial ejection. Correction: Any individual who has purchased this model of booster cushion from London Drugs should return the booster to the retail outlet for a full refund with or without receipt.
