Hazard description
The M1030 bus fails to conform to the requirements of CMVSS 217. The operating instruction decals for the emergency latches may not have been placed on the emergency exit windows. Correction: The owner was provided with a label and installation instructions that describe the steps to be taken for proper placement of the window decal.
