Hazard description
On certain transit buses, a weld was omitted from the front axle radius rod brackets during assembly. This missing weld decreases expected service life of the brackets and may eventually lead to separation of the radius rod bracket and the frame. Failure of the bracket could result in a loss of vehicle control. Correction: Owner notification and repair instructions for front axle radius rod bracket replacement will be supplied.
