Hazard description
On certain motorcycles, the side stand may not retract if contact is made with the ground when the vehicle is in motion. This could disrupt the stability of the motorcycle leading to a crash, causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the side stand pivot bolt with a similar bolt that is .100 inch longer.
