2004–2005 Thomas Built Saf-T-Liner C2 School Bus Recall

On certain school buses, software communication conflicts may cause improper operation of certain traffic control devices such as the flashing warning lights or stop signal arm. These devices may not work, or may not work correctly, as required by CMVSS 108 and 131. As a result, traffic may not stop for an unloading bus, presenting a risk to passengers. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the bulkhead module software.
