Hazard description
On certain vehicles, wheels were not pre-stressed and could, over time, develop cracks. If allowed to propagate, the cracks may result in wheel failure, which could cause a vehicle crash without warning, possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace affected wheels.
