2005 Forest River All American Sport Recall

Certain fifth wheel and travel trailers equipped with aluminium wheels may be subject to lug bolts loosening, which could result in wheel separation. Loss of a wheel could cause a crash without warning, possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Forest River, Inc is working with Carlisle Tire and Wheel Company to determine the cause of the wheel separation.
