Hazard description
On certain low floor transit buses, a fitting which connects the high pressure hydraulic line to the engine cooling fan motor assembly may leak. As a result, hydraulic fluid may be sprayed onto hot surfaces and ignite. Correction: Owner notification including repair instructions for hydraulic fan motor flange fitting replacement will be supplied.
