2005–2006 Thomas Built Saf-T-Liner C2 School Bus Recall

On certain vehicles, an interior trim panel does not meet the requirements of CMVSS 221 for fastener spacing. In the event of a severe impact to the body structure, the upper end of the panel may deflect inward, presenting a hazard. Vehicle occupants may be injured should they come in contact with the exposed edge. Correction: Dealers will repair the joint by adding a bracket secured with screws and adhesive.
