Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the fan shroud may be drawn back into the fan at high engine speeds when the fan clutch engages. Heavy contact between the fan and the shroud may cause the fan blades to fracture. Correction: Dealers will replace the fan with one that has different mounting offset.
