Hazard description
On certain ambulances and multi passenger vehicles, the alternator junction block was installed in an incorrect location during vehicle assembly. As a result, the integrity of the protective cover could be compromised, causing an electrical short between the junction block and the foil lined engine cover. Correction: Dealers will relocate the junction block.
