Hazard description
On certain motorhomes, the lock washers on the driveshaft U-joint straps may spread out and allow the mounting bolts to work loose. This can allow the driveshaft to separate from the transmission while the vehicle is in motion, endangering other road users. Correction: Dealers will replace the U-joint straps, bolts and lock washers.
