Hazard description
Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 121. The indicator light designed to notify the driver of a malfunction in the trailer antilock braking system (ABS) was omitted during vehicle assembly. ABS failure without proper driver warning can result in a loss of vehicle control. Correction: Dealers will install a trailer ABS malfunction warning light.
