Hazard description
On certain buses, the rear service brake relay valve can fail, resulting in a loss of air pressure to the rear brakes. Loss of rear brake application pressure could increase stopping distances, causing a crash. Correction: Owner notification including repair instructions for air brake relay valve replacement will be supplied.
