Hazard description
On certain ambulances, the Delastek electronic modules used in the multiplexing system could experience an electrical short. This condition, if not addressed, may cause a vehicle fire, possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install a 2 amp fuse on module ground wires.
