Hazard description
On certain vehicles, a Chevrolet "bow tie" steering wheel decal was installed (directly over the existing bow tie impression) by Home & Park Motorhomes during vehicle motorhome conversion. This decal could affect deployment of the steering wheel mounted airbag. Improper airbag deployment could increase the risk of injury to the driver. Correction: Dealers will remove the "bow tie" decal.
