Hazard description
Certain motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 and 123. 1) The lettering on the compliance label is less than 2 mm in height. 2) The replaceable headlamp light source is not properly market with DOT. 3) The rear reflector below the licence plate is 30 mm lower than the required minimum. 4) The rear side reflector is not mounted as far rearward on the motorcycle as practicable. 5) The ignition is not properly labelled "ignition". There is a risk to vehicle conspicuity, at night, due to the mis-positioning of the rear and rear side reflectors. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
