2002–2006 New Flyer D40i (Invero) Transit Bus Recall

On certain buses, passenger clothing (drawstrings, straps, etc.) could become caught as the passenger exits the rear door of the bus. If this happens and goes unnoticed by the driver before he/she pulls away, the passenger could be dragged by the bus, causing serious injury or death. Correction: Service reps will be sent to install two guard assemblies.
