Hazard description
On certain street sweepers, the welded hopper tilt (dump) cylinder attachment points, as well as the hopper pivot mounts may crack or separate. Such a failure could result in death or severe injury to people on or near the vehicle, as well as property damage. Correction: Dealers will install redesigned pivot and dump weld attachments.
