Hazard description
Certain buses fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment. Lamps on rear of vehicles are programmed to flash during deceleration and braking, contrary to CMVSS regulations. Correction: Service reps will be sent to reprogram these vehicles to illuminate the rear lamps with a steady burn.
