Hazard description
On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers, washers may have been omitted from the electric bed frame during assembly. As a result, the bed platform may become displaced during transit. Someone using a partially displaced bed may suffer injuries as a result of bed frame failure. Correction: Dealers will inspect the electric bed lift mechanism and, if required, install washers.
