Hazard description
On certain vehicles, due to the fitment of road wheel fixing bolts that may be dimensionally incorrect, the potential exists for these bolts to loosen. This could lead to the road wheel becoming detached from the hub, which may result in a vehicle crash causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace wheel bolts.
