Hazard description
On certain trucks, the seatbelt tether anchorage system that secures the seat frame to the cab floor may not meet performance requirements. The tether adjuster mechanism may slip during a vehicle crash. As a result, the seat occupant may be subjected to increased risk of injury or death. Correction: Kalmar will supply owners with updated tether straps and installation instructions.
