Hazard description
The frame of certain camping trailers may have been notched (cut out), during vehicle assembly, to accommodate the fitting of a coupler. This could compromise the frame's strength and cause a crack to occur. As a result, the frame may bow downward, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will weld a steel reinforcement underneath the coupler and over the notched area of frame thus making this area stronger.
