Hazard description
Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 208 - Occupant Restraint Systems. The rear outboard seat belt locking mechanism may not perform as designed for the use with older non-LATCH child restraints. When using the newer LATCH equipped child restraints, the rear seatbelt is not utilized. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear outboard seatbelt assemblies.
