Hazard description
On certain motorcycles, insufficient tightening torque may have been applied to the muffler mounting bolts during vehicle assembly. Should the bolts loosen, the muffler could separate from the motorcycle and impact nearby persons or objects resulting in personal injury and/or vehicle and property damage. Correction: Dealers will tighten muffler mounting bolts to the proper torque.
