Hazard description
Certain motor scooter tires fail to comply with the high-speed performance requirements of CMVSS 119 - New Pneumatic Tire. Tread separation between the top ply and the tread rubber can occur, possibly resulting in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace affected tires.
