Hazard description
On certain motorcycles, a defect within the ignition switch assembly may cause an unexpected loss of electrical power to the Engine Control Module (ECM) and other electrically controlled components. This could cause the engine to stall which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will repair the ignition switch assembly.
